Unfortunately the cooling system for Charmer Blue didn’t last the journey so had melted over the other cheeses. Not your fault but down to extreme weather, I’m also melting in this heat ! All still useable after cleaning.

Product is delicious but delivery chaotic. Was told delivery would be a day late, then on that day driver sent message saying no access to my house which was totally inaccurate. After call to depot, driver was sent back when order was finally delivered.
