Our Sussex Charmer is a cheese we’re incredibly proud of—crafted in Rudgwick, it combines the creamy richness of a mature farmhouse Cheddar with the zingy bite of an Italian-style hard cheese. It’s a unique, multi-award-winning cheese that’s been recognised as Sussex Food Producer of the Year, and now it’s the star ingredient in these delicious crisps.
